It includes being mentally and emotionally strong, possessing healthy inter-personal relationships, having good cognitive skills and being spiritually awakened.
Being healthy is not a state; it is a way of life. It is a process. Keeping your physical health in check requires you to have proper diet every day.
You cannot have nutritious diet for two days a week and hog on junk for the rest and still be healthy. Similarly, you cannot sleep for 24 hours on the same day and stay awake for the next three days. It is essential to maintain a healthy lifestyle to stay in good shape and enjoy good health.
In addition to having a rich diet full of nutrients one must also have adequate sleep and exercise on a daily basis to maintain health. It is also essential to surround oneself with people who bring in positivity and encourage you to bring out the best in you rather than pulling you down.
Besides being socially active and maintaining good relations with people, it is also essential to look within. Squeeze in some time each day to sit all by yourself to understand your needs better and take your life in the right direction.
This is a crucial step in keeping your overall health intact. However, health has more to it. They are outrageously obsessed with taking selfies, partying, shopping sprees and an insatiable desire to live a typical bon vivant kind of a lifestyle.
Despite enjoying all the above privileges and basking in the bliss of technology, teenagers of today are facing a wide ranged myriad of challenges. They are a stressed troubled lot. They suffer from unprecedented levels of peer pressure, violence, sexual abuse and unemployment. Most of them have been victims of cyberbullying with increasing cases being reported every day. Cyber bullying has been exacerbated by the fact that many teens have access to the internet and they spend at least a quarter of their day online.
There is speculation that many of these cases are not reported and that many teenagers suffer in silence as they fear being stigmatized or being seen as weak and susceptible to harassment. Cases of radicalization via online platforms are also increasing with many teens getting lured by terror gangs to join them in Jihadist missions around the world.

People are choosing fast food more, since there are so many fast food restaurants. People aren't even thinking about what food they put in their mouthes. Everybody needs to realize that the more fat and cholesterol they put into their bodies, the slower their heart will beat, and that will lead to shorter lives.
Some people realize they are unhelathy and set their minds to eat healhier, but the fats and cholesterol in the food is sucking them back in. One solution, would be to offer a bigger variety of fruits, vegetables, grains, and meats that aren't very red.
This would help because if there was a bigger variety of all those healthy foods, and less junk food, then families would start eating right because there wouldn't be enough junk. Another idea would be to put a chart of the food pramid and also have health articles in the newspaper about how bad junk food is affecting people and all the healthier foods we could be eating.
Alot of people read the newspaper and that would help out alot. Also, health charts could be in stores on some of the walls to know what to buy to become healthier.
Another idea, would be to replace some of the fast food restaurants with restaurants that serve salads and healthy subs, like Subway. I do have to admit that people don't always have time to go home and get something healthy to eat, so they go to McDonald's, Burger King, or Wendy's. And, have you ever noticed that if you take out the "s" in fast, it becomes fat food. Having junk food is bad for you but having, maybe, once every two weeks, then that would be ok because you wouldn't be having alot of it.
I'm sure that not many people see health issues in food like I do. But, it is a big issue. We don't have to ban "fat foods", but we can atleast limit them, making for a healthier diet. That way, everyone will have a long and happy, healthy life.

Reducing costs means lower revenue for providers and almost all of the players in healthcare——except for consumers and payers, says Mark Nathan, CEO and founder of Zipari, a health insurtech company.
So while there are many incentives to keep healthcare costs high, if consumers are provided with the information they need to improve their health and drive down their personal costs, then we could see consumers en mass making decisions that drive down costs across the industry, he adds. Once a payer proves it can make valuable and trusted recommendations, the consumer can make the decisions that will not only lead to better health outcomes but also to reduced cost of care.
